Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
Clotechnow operates under a strict 30-cycle (day) return protocol from the date of reception. All returned units must be in their original, unocmpromised state, with all tags and protective packaging intact.
How do I determine the correct unit size for my build?
Precision fit is critical for techwear functionality. To ensure the correct fit, a detailed sizing chart is available on every individual product page. We recommend cross-referencing these schematics with your current biometric measurements before finalizing your acquisition.
What is the estimated transmission timeline for my gear?
Upon successful transaction, units undergo a processing sequence of 2-3 standard cycles (business days). Once dispatched, transmission timelines vary by sector: Asia (5–7 days), North America/Europe (7–15 days), and Oceania (8–12 days). For The Free Shipping Option. You'll find Details During Checkout.
Is Clotechnow gear waterproof or weather-resistant?
Most of our outer-layer units are engineered with advanced DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coatings and reinforced polymers to withstand urban environments. Specific resistance levels (e.g., "Waterproof" vs. "Water-Resistant") are detailed in the technical specifications of each unit.
Will depleted units be restocked in the future?
Most Clotechnow deployments are released in limited-edition batches to maintain exclusivity and design integrity. Once a unit's allocation is depleted, it is typically archived to make room for next-generation designs. We strongly advise securing your gear during the initial launch window to avoid permanent depletion.

I had a great experience shopping with Clotechnow. The website is easy to browse, the designs feel unique, and my order arrived exactly as expected. I especially appreciate finding pieces that don’t look like everything else in typical stores, and I’ll definitely be checking back for new drops.
I’m honestly impressed with these pants. The ribbon detail makes them feel much more special than a basic pair of wide-leg trousers, and the shape gives my outfits a really cool, artistic look. Thanks Clotechnow for the free gift :)
These hakama pants completely changed the way I put outfits together. The oversized shape gives even a simple top a more interesting look, feels really comfortable.
I absolutely love these hakama pants! They’re stylish, comfortable, and have a beautiful flow when I walk. The fit is flattering, and the fabric feels great to wear. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for something unique and comfortable.
This tee looks even better in person. The washed black color and graphic give it a really cool vintage-techwear feel, and it’s easy to wear with almost anything. I’ve already had a couple of people ask me where it’s from.

Bought these recently and honestly, I really like them. They’re comfy, look different, and I’ve been wearing them way more than I expected. Thanks Clotechnow for the free Socks :)
Love these pants! They look unique, feel comfortable, and fit perfectly with my style. Definitely recommend them!
I love the look of this kimono jacket. The fabric feels nice, the pockets are practical, and the traditional button details make it feel really special. It’s a unique piece that I’ve been enjoying wearing.
The belt feels more premium than I expected, and works well with both casual and techwear outfits.
