  • What if my item is defective? If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@clotechnow.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement.
2. Guarantee of Order Accuracy
We guarantee that you will receive the exact item, size, and color that you ordered.
  • What if my order is incorrect? In the rare event that we send you the wrong item, please contact our support team at support@clotechnow.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Important Limitations to Our Guarantee
To be transparent with our customers, it is important to note the following conditions which are not covered by our money-back guarantee:
  • Sale & Discounted Items: As stated in our Refund Policy, any item purchased on sale or with a promotional discount is considered final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, or cancellations.
  • Incorrect Size/Color Selection: We cannot offer refunds if you choose the wrong size, color, or product, but we can exchange the size for you before shipment.  We encourage you to review our sizing charts and your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
  • General Dissatisfaction (for Final Sale Items): Once a final sale item has been shipped, we cannot offer a refund if the product does not meet your personal expectations.
  • Shipping Delays: Our guarantee does not cover delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
