1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification email once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
  • Please note that during periods of high order volume, such as holidays or major sales events, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, and FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.
  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping:
    • We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75 USD.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs inspections, which are outside of our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your shopping experience is our top priority. We handle customs and import duties to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process.
  • For Customers in the United States: All orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be charged any additional import fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. We handle all customs clearance and associated costs for you.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Clotechnow is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you suspect your package is lost, please first check the tracking information and contact the carrier. If you still need assistance, contact our support team, and we will do our best to help.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Clotechnow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.
